THOMMY ANDERSSON, born 1973, is a Swedish bassist, cellist, composer, arranger, and orchestrator whose work spans more than three decades of international artistic activity. He specializes in cross-aesthetic, innovative performances and projects in music and stage art that transcend traditional boundaries and genres. As a freelance artist, he actively engages in interdisciplinary practices where composition and improvisation are seamlessly integrated.
Andersson has contributed significantly to a wide range of ensembles, working as a musician, composer, arranger, and orchestrator for orchestras and soloists.
