Yesterday Petri/Hannibal Duo finished their Summer Concert Tour to Danish Churches. The Duo played 15 concerts in Danish Churches in July, as part of the Duo`s 25 Years Anniversary! It was a great pleasure to play these concerts, and to feel the support from the huge audience all over Denmark.

Yesterday Petri/Hannibal Duo`s 25 Years Anniversary Album "Garden Party" was uploaded for Sonopress. The repertoire is character pieces by Nielsen, Grieg, Lalo, Christiansen, Weiliang and Hannibal. The music on the album represent some of the pieces that we have played during these 25 years around in the world. The international release will be September 2017

Congratulations to all involved! Saturday June the 18th, it was announched that the recording of Sean Hickey`s concerto for recorder, brass, winds, percussion and harp, with Michala Petri, and The Royal Danish Academy of Music Concert Band conducted by Jean Thorel, was awarded the the Gold Medal Winner og Global Music Award.

Today the premiere of the animation Fantasy MARIN on the symphonic Poetry Marin op. 60 by Axel Borup-Jørgensen took place at the Danish Film Institute in Copenhagen. It was also a premiere of the portrait film AXEL: Both films will be releases in a box set with DVD/CD in late September this year. The music is recorded with Danish National Symphony Orchestra conducted by Thomas Søndergård.

Brazilian Landscapes with Michala Petri, recorder, Daniel Murray, guitar and Marilyn Mazur arrived. The CD Will have aJuly release,- but before that it will be presented on Naxos Market in Münich and Classical Next in Rotterdam mid May!

Brazilian Landscapes with Michala Petri, recorder, Brazilian guitarplayer Daniel Murray, and Marilyn Mazur percussion is just uploaded for Sonopress in Germany. This amazing new project will be relases in July,- more informations to come.

(Part l, ll and lll) Michala Petri and the Royal Danish Academy of Music Concert Band is directed by Jean Thorel in a concert at The Academy´s Concert Hall. Young musicians from 11 different countries are participating in this unique project.

Today is a special day for OUR recordings. We just uploaded the master for the first Vinyl. The music is american composer Sean Hickey`s "A Pacifying Weapon" a concerto for recorder, winds, brass, percussion and harp. The recording was made with Michala Petri and young students from Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen, in the fantastic Concert Hall at the Academy. Counductor was french conductor Sean Thorell, and Preben Iwan eas producer. The Vinyl will be produced by new Danish production company Nordsø Records. Release will be May 2017!

OUR Recordings is very happy to announce that on Saturday November the 26th we can celebrate 10 Years Anniversary.
So far we have reached our goal when we started, 3 new releases every year! The releases have recieved a lot of international attention, including many prestigious prizes and awards, and nominations. We will do our best to continue like this in the future.
