The new CD  "Melodies"  from OUR Recordings, with Chinese violinist Chen Yi and Lars Hannibal, is now ready, and you can listen to the music on the website!The international release date is scheduled to be mid February 2010

December 8, Michala and Hannibal had the pleasure of playing a sold out concert in the Baroque Series held by Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center with some of the great musicians of the society, Anthony Newman, Cho-Liang Lin, Amy Lee, Richard O`Neill, Fred Sherry, Kurt Muroki and Peter Kolkay.<br>The program included sonatas and concertos with Michala as a soloist by Bach, Vivaldi, Tartini, Telemann and Sammartini

The new CD "Cafe` Vienna"&nbsp; with Michala and Hannibal is Café music from Vienna around 1800. Composers are Giuliani, Carulli, Küffner, Beethoven, Krähmer, Mayseder and Scheindienst.

Lars Hannibal just finished the recording of a new CD with the young Chinese violinist Chen Yi. The recording include arrangement made by Hannibal of composers like Kreisler, Lalo, Massenet, Schubert,Satie and Händel. The name of the recording will be "Melodie", and the release is scheduled to be January 2010.

Michala played September the 2th,with conductor Li Xincao and China National Symphony Orchestra, at the opening ceremony of&nbsp; the first ASEM Arts Festival in the fantastic new Concert Hall NCPA ( National Centre of Performing Arts) in Beijing. ASEM is the Asian and European Countries. The day after she played in the wonderful Concert Hall in The Forbitten City, at the Greeting from Europe Concert.

Today Michala Petri can celebrate her 40 years anniversary on stage. 40 years ago, July the 9th 1969, she made her debut in Tivoli Concert Hall with Tivoli Symphony Orchestra.<br>Today she celebrate this occasion in Schloss Berleburg in Germany where she gives a concert with Salzburg Solisten. The program include a worldpremiere by Danish composer Erling D. Bjerno and ,of course, a Vivaldi Concerto like 40 years ago.

On April the 1th Michala Petri and Lars Hannibal played a very succesful concert in NDR in Hamburg that was directly broadcasted in Germany.
