The Bellevue String Quartet
Release November 20, 2026

FOR FOUR, a debut album featuring four experienced period-instrument specialists. Intimate, dramatic and alive, Bellevue String Quartet invites you to experience the string quartet anew.
“Our debut album FOR FOUR journeys across four centuries of music, with J.S. Bach’s Art of Fugue at its heart.
Performed on period instruments, it brings Bach into vivid conversation with Purcell, Locke, Byrd and bold contemporary works. Four distinct voices chase, challenge and inspire one another, revealing the timeless power of music created in dialogue”.
